DJ’s Card of the Day! “Jon Ryan had made many visits to my store, and I didn’t recognize who it was. One day he came in and bought a box of cards when my son James was working. After Jon left, James picked his jaw up off the floor and stammered “Dad, I think that was Jon Ryan from the Seattle Seahawks!” I responded “No, it’s not” and looked at the name on the credit card slip he had just signed. It was Jon Ryan. On a future visit I asked him if he would ever want to do a signing at the store and what would it cost. He told me he would do it for a box of cards! Jon ended up doing 3 signings at my store for practically nothing which helped me raise money for adoption costs we were paying at that time. Jon is an all-time great Seahawk and person.” – DJ
